Blue Light – Inspection Lights

Blue lights are gaining acceptance in areas such as magnetic particle inspection to the ASME code and underwater MPI using specific magnetic particles proven to fluoresce under blue light illumination. It is recommended and sometimes required that special contrast enhancing eyewear be worn by the inspector when using a Blue Light lamp.
