Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a wide group of testing and analysis techniques used by industry to evaluate the properties of a material, component, structure, or system for characteristic differences or welding defects and discontinuities without causing damage to the original part.

LG Inspection Services, a sister concern of Electro Magfield Controls and Services, began in the year 1997 to provide services for customers who wanted an expert eye to see the check their components.

Run by our CEO R. Vivek, our first clients were Sundaram Fasteners Limited who needed their components to be tested for Hyundai. Certified and trained Level II personnel are in charge of running the show.  LG Inspection Services has grown and set its presence across Chennai and in the South in the last two decades.

Today, we have over 100 clients for whom we are carrying out inspection services – Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Testing (DP), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Eddy Current Testing. We offer both in-house services and testing at client places too.

LG Inspection services has been lauded for its impeccable quality inspection and on-time completion. Our experts are known to work round the clock as they tirelessly make sure to let no defective components go unnoticed. We religiously follow the Standard specs for testing and are an ISO-certified company. With our heads held high, we march into our 25th year next year and hope to see only growth and a 100% success rate.
